Tomato soup is boring, you say? Not ours! We prepare our tomato soup with ginger, coriander and coconut milk so that it becomes the star of the show. Coconut milk does of course contain fat, but the fat of coconut milk won’t wind up on the hips but rather is immediately transformed into energy. That makes this soup a healthy energy source.
